@Spycologist: I have a vinyl plotter which I use to make my stickers from big roles of adhesive backed colored vinyl. A plotter is basically just a big computer controlled knife that cuts out images I draw in vector format. I do most of my art in Adobe Illustrator. The stuff I'm peeling off at 3:32 is application tape. This is a low tack tape that I stick to the vinyl to pull it off of the plastic backing after it has been cut.

I've dealt with stickers very little in my life so I'm kind of clueless, but what is that thing you're peeling off around 3:32? Is that homemade, or did you order it from a website, or what?
